Maimone wins 2017 National Fresenius Award

Thomas Maimone

Assistant Professor of Chemistry Thomas Maimone has been awarded the 2017 National Fresenius Award sponsored by Phi Lambda Upsilon, the National Chemistry Honor Society. This award is presented annually by The American Chemical Society to an outstanding young scientist under the age of 35 at nomination who has attained national recognition in the areas of research, teaching and/or administration. Previous College of Chemistry recipients are Peter Schultz (1991) and Jeff Long (2004).
