The Healthcare Conference Taipei 2026 presented by J.P. Morgan, UC Berkeley, and The Regent Taipei serves as an international summit connecting academic research with the global health industry, featuring biotech startup showcases and partnerships. Organized by the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, and joined by chancellor Rich Lyons and the Deans from 7 different Berkeley Schools and Colleges, the event accelerates scientific excellence to advance human health.

Interim Dean Anne Baranger, Dean Emeritus Doug Clark and Nobel Laureate Omar Yaghi were in attendance representing the College of Chemistry where they participated in panel discussions and meaningful presentations at the conference, and shared their perspectives with Cal alumni at an event hosted by the Berkeley Club of Taiwan. Special thanks to College of Chemistry donor Bobby Sheng for his support of this conference and the college.
