Inclusive Spaces at the College

Information on some inclusive spaces in the college and on campus.

Celebrating Diversity Lounge

The Celebrating Diversity Lounge (CDL) was designed with the purpose of celebrating diversity and supporting Chemistry graduate students from historically excluded groups with a space separate from labs. Normalization of Diversity and Equity (NODE) hopes that everyone will join them in utilizing the space as a meeting place, location for events, another workplace, and a lounge while keeping the original purpose of the lounge in mind.

Location: B52 Hildebrand Hall
Access: Cal1 card request form
Reservations: required, reserve on Google Calendar sent after access approval

If you have questions or want more information on the CDL, please email: nodeucb@berkeley.edu

Gender Inclusive Restrooms

UC Berkeley is engaged in an ongoing process to provide restroom facilities that serve the needs of all members of our community to create an inclusive campus environment.  Visit the UC Berkeley Faciliites website for more information.
