Paul Alivisatos is UC Berkeley’s new provost — is this his final stop?

Alivisatos is one of the most experienced administrators on a campus -- a campus professor of chemistry who previously served as the campus vice chancellor for research, Alivisatos was also director of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory from 2009-16.
