Jason is Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Oobli, a food and biotechnology company focused on producing sweet proteins for the food and beverage industry. Prior to Oobli, Jason spent time in senior technical leadership roles at Amyrs, Bolt Threads, and Eat JUST.
