Peter Marsden is among five to receive Distinguished Teaching Award

Peter Marsden, Continuing Lecturer of Chemistry, is one of five faculty to receive this year's Distinguished Teaching Award (DTA). The Center for Teaching and Learning supports the Committee on Teaching's efforts in recognizing excellent faculty with the Berkeley campus' most prestigious award for teaching through the Distinguished Teaching Award (DTA) program. It was initiated in 1959 to encourage and reward excellence in teaching on the Berkeley campus. Recipients receive a cash award from campus and recognition by the Academic Senate.
