Heathcock
honored with Gassman Distinguished Service Award
Dean
and Chemistry Professor Clayton Heathcock has been selected
to receive the ACS's 2004 Paul G. Gassman Distinguished Service
Award. This division award recognizes outstanding service to the
organic chemistry community. According to the award criteria,
the winner must be a long-standing member of the Organic Division
of the American Chemical Society who through contributions to
the organic chemical community in the United States has significantly
enhanced the welfare of its members. Congratulations to Prof.
Heathcock!
