Easels are available for self-service checkout at B16 Pimentel Hall.
Door is normally unlocked from:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon, Wed, Fri
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tues, Thurs.
To sign out easels, use the form posted on the exit door. To reserve easels, use the calendar posted on the (B16) exit door. All easels are owned by and annually reserved for the exclusive use of Chemistry Graduate Office for the period beginning mid-February through the end of March.
Easel total height is 6'. Hard-board presentation areas are on both sides of each easel. Each presentation area is 4' high x 3' wide.
Easels should be returned to B16 Pimentel Hall immediately after use so that others may have access to them.
