Voice Services
All requests including:

• addition, deletion, relocation of phone lines or faxes
• to request new phone equipment
• to order AT&T calling cards
• campus telephone/fax authorization codes
• voicemail services

To order voice services:

• email us at support@cchem.berkeley.edu
• include user name, location and billing information
• specify the type of services you need

The process will take 2-4 weeks.

Repair Services
Please report all telephone problems either by email or by telephone. For emergency, please dial 9-1-1

Telephone Directories
Oakland Yellow and White from Pac Bell, and Campus Directory. If you need a copy, please check with your Administrative Research Staff.

Telephone Billing
If you have any telephone billing questions, you can consult with your Financial Manager located at 410 Latimer Hall or contact me.

Conferencing Phone Set
The College has a Polytron Conference Room Telephone for use in conference rooms for open mike conference calls. All our conference rooms are equipped with an analog phone line with both call-out (using auth code) and call-in capability.
