Inna Massen is the Building Operations Manger for the College of Chemistry and is responsible for all areas of facilities repairs, maintenance and operations. She manages, plans, coordinates, and monitors activities affecting the physical, environmental and security conditions of the College.

As an Associate Engineer of the College's Facility and Engineering Department, Inna is also involved in new facilities renovation and design and coordinates occupants impact issues related to construction. She is one of the acting directors of the College's 24/7/ emergency response program and supervises College of Chemistry Building Management Team

Donna dispatches all facilities repairs and custodial requests to Campus Physical Plant. Refer to the "Who Does It!..." for details on maintenance issue reporting.

Donna is also responsible for distributing keys and College magnetic stripe cards and has a small pool of students occasionally available to help with moves and corridor clean-outs within the College. Donna functions as one of the Emergency Action Directors who alternate off-hours coverage of the College's 24/7 emergency response phone line, 2-9090.

Alexei dispatches facilities repairs to Campus Physical Plant. He works with building occupants to ensure that repair needs and priorities are accurately reported to Physical Plant. Refer to the "Who Does It!..." for details on maintenance issue reporting.

Alexei is also responsible for corridor maintenance and Safety Eyewash and Showers inspections. Alexei functions as one of the Emergency Action Directors who alternate off-hours coverage of the College's 24/7 emergency response phone line, 2-9090.
